Day 1


  • Morning Call: Introduction to the training, schedule for the day, and troubleshooting
  • Independent Study: Module A-1 complete e-course, complete exam, forward certificate
  • Morning Call: Modules A-2 and A-3
  • Lunch break (30 minutes)
  • Afternoon Call: Modules A-4 through A-7

Day 2


  • Morning Call: Schedule for the day, question/answer session
  • Independent Study: Watch YouTube clip, module B-1 complete e-course, complete exam, forward certificate
  • Lunch break (30 minutes)
  • Afternoon Call: Modules B-2 and B-3
  • Independent Study: Worksheets and scenarios
  • Afternoon Call: Review worksheets and scenarios, modules B-4 and B-5, review SF85
