A full refund will be made to any student who cancels the enrollment contract within 72 hours (until midnight of the third day excluding Saturdays, Sunday and legal holidays) after the enrollment contract is signed. A full refund will also be made to any student who cancels the enrollment within the students first three scheduled class days, except that the school may retain not more than $100 in any administrative fees charged, as well as items of extra expense that are necessary for the portion of the program attended and stated separately on the enrollment agreement.

Additionally, GRS Education and Training reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to low enrollment or a scheduling conflict. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, GRS Education and Training’s liability is strictly limited to reimbursement of paid tuition and fees. An education consultant promptly contacts students in the event of a cancellation or postponement.

Students with Disabilities

GRS Education and Training does not discriminate or deny access to otherwise qualified students on the basis of disability. Depending on their documentation, students with disabilities may be eligible for reasonable accommodations and/or special services in accordance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Students should request accommodations before the start of classes (preferably right after registration) to allow Student Disability Services time to review documentation and to make recommendations for appropriate accommodations.
